I would find a wrecked Titan with a traction control/limited slip differential and swap the entire rear assembly in.

If you have a back plate on the differential housing the ring and spider gear assembly are removed as follows. First, the axles need to to be removed. Drain the differential housing by removing the cap screws and cracking open plate. when it's all drained you'll notice two large caps one on each side of the the ring gear housing. After they are removed the entire ring gear and spider gear housing may be removed. To replace with a limited slip you'll need a complete new spider gear housing that has a series of springs and clutch discs. Your present ring gear is bolted to the new center housing. The ring and pinion will now need to be checked for proper lash, thrust, mesh, gear depth by a specialist who uses a series of shims behind either or both the ring, pinion or between the housing bearing on one side or the other.

Just put 400 or 600 pounds of sand bags in the bed of it for winter, the traction will be better.
