I'm getting married in Mexico in June and although I dont suffer with spots very often (havent had one now for about 10 weeks) when I do get one, I get ONE and its very BIG and it usually comes either on my nose or chin.

What is there that I can take with me in case the inevitable happens on my wedding day that will definitely get rid of it in time?

Eat healty frm now, and lots of water, because when you get out there you will sweat and drink tonnes of water, and what this will do is try and flush the toxins out everyway possible, and through your skin is the first place it will. so if you have less then, you should be ok. Forget cover up because it will make it worse. Take something like witch hazel, and if you arestuck, toothpaste the night before stops it being so red and big. But it has to have magnisium and zinc in

Congratulations and good luck

This site has info on nutrotion, diet ,supplements, herbal remedies, creams (mostly with natural ingredients) on a range of ailments. (please type in acne in search for all results)
It mentions acne sufferers caanot digest dairy & saturated fats but although you mention you donot suffer with acne, perhaps avoiding dairy or red meats might help. Also drinking lots of water might help. They also mention eating bananas & a probiotic supplment.
They recommned a few products which are supposed 2 b good,
one is Comvita Skinclear (I think this one is good as it has manuka Honey which is very healing for skin)

another is Oralmat Acno cream avail. from Nutri centre (please see end of page for both these products):
