Spirits???????????

Is it true that there are spirits of dead people on earth??I've heard many stories of people seeing or feeling it. I don't believe in ghosts or spirits but listening to all this i've got a really weird feeling......after all do they (spirits of dead people) exist???

My dad once had this experience.....he was out at at around 1O'clock at night....He was walking near this old building which was once an oil refinary which is said to be haunted.......on that night he saw a person walking up the stairs with fire on his head!!!!! he never believed in ghosts but after this experience he toatlly changed.

There was this neighbour of mine who worked in the hospital...... Her Office was near the motuary where they kept dead bodies!!!yikes!!!! during night someone used to pull her hair!!!!scary!!!! but when she got up to look there was no one else there........

what does all this mean?????? is our world really haunted???

No. People see and hear things and interpret them as spirits and human voices. However, there hasn't been any real evidence that any such thing exists.

When people die, they are just dead. Nothing more.

I have spent many years now studying spirits and ghosts and they are two different things

spirits are the part of us that lives on after death , i have communicated with spirit and know many other people who have also
they are conscious and live in the realms of spirit ( or heaven if that is a word you use )

however very often our own imagination can take over especially is scary places when it is quiet
they dont wander the earth ... would you stay here if you had somewhere better to go ?

ghosts on the other hand is what most people report seeing
they are not conscious but are simply energy that has remained , much like a recording.... and will eventually play out
this is why people report seeing them do the same thing over and over

I don't know how people can think that one dies, and then nothing happens. Everyone has some sort of spirit, or energy that is our life force. Once the body dies, why do we have to assume that your energy does as well?

In fact, my bother, who is visiting me had some sort of visitation last night- in my home! Two men were in his room after he woke from being lightly asleep. It seemed that they wanted to just visit, or communicate. He didn't feel that they were a danger or threat. After they were present for a time, he became really concerned and wanted them to leave. He tried to look away, even close his eys- they were still there when he looked back. Eventually, he asked them to please leave- and they did. He then reached over the table and turned on the lamp. He was wide awake the whole time- He then came upstairs to see me.

These things happen.
No one really has any way to know if they are real or not, unless you have your own experience- and even then most people second guess themselves. But even so, it's not our place to decide that it is not real, just because we cannot 'prove' it. There are far too many things in this world that are unknown to us, it would be foolish to call an ignorant assumption fact.

I would think many people believe they have seen spirits. I would like to think they did. Even though i my self have never seen a spirit It's a nice thought to think that our family members who have passed away are with us and watching over us.

I don't think you can really get a definite answer as. as of yet i don't think there is any definate proof out there weather or not spirits are actually real or that ghosts walk among us.

I would say i believe in Spirits/Ghosts even though i have never seen one.

I'm afraid I have to answer yes.

I am not mad and nor do I worship Satan but I have seen more than one ghost.

When you die, you simply move onto another wave (like radio stations are on waves, so are we).

Some people can tune into this frequency and they are the ones that see ghosts.

That is why they use electrical meter reading equipment on ghost hunts.

The key is to keep an open mind about such things and don't judge others for believing/not believing.

My parents were on holiday in Fuerteventura and they were having a wee argument in their hotel room. When they turned they saw an old Spanish looking lady tutting at them and waving her finger as if to tell them off. Now I would NEVER say I believed in ghosts until I saw one for myself, but my parents are the most honest and straight talking people I have ever met and I know they are not lying about what they saw. In fact, I actually trust their judgement more than I trust my own. Spooky!!!!!

My Grandad showed up in my bedroom at 5 in the morning when he died. I had no other reason to know that he was dead yet other than that. I told my Jehovah Witness friend about it and they told me it was the devil making it up. But why would he waste his time making it up?

I've had other experiences, but they can be argued as circumstantial, so I won't bore you with the details. Also I only had experiences in childhood and the last time I saw or sensed anything I was 15.

No body actually knows for sure if they are real or if they are just your brain trying to make sense of things. Orbs are just specs of dust etc, etc...

At the end of the day you can only be sure of "Cogito Ergo Sum", "I think, therefore I am" - Descartes.

There are no such things, they are part of our our energy thought patterns, what we think we get, in other words if you are afraid and think you see a ghost you have. If you see an angel you have, it means you have connected with that spirit energy.
To put it differently we are all made up of energy,Einstein figured that out with his theory of relativity and when we connect with the spirit world we have to think and Meditate to reach them in times of stress or love we connect with them. E=Mc2 means energy = matter times the speed of light in other words use your energy to connect with the departed no matter who they be. Read lots of books on spirituality not spirits??????

Spirits probably do exist, but I don't think they'd hang around earth too long, when chances are they can leave their physical existence behind, and become free.
