Supplement with foods that naturally contain Vitamin D. The only natural source of Vitamin D is the sun, which is hard to come by in the winter time.
There are vegetables you can eat that have Vitamin D in scant amounts, but anything helps . Cow's milk is noted for being fortified with Vitamin D as well, but it's not to be consumed in huge, regular quantities.
In short, lack of Vitamin D can be contributed to your problem directly. google it!

You may have a case of what is commonly called the Winter Blah's or seasonal depression. Get plenty of exercise, drink lots of water and if you can, go to a tanning bed a couple of times a week. The UV will make you feel better as will the water and exercise.
Speaking of I should practice what I preach. I am doing the water and exercise but I'm not getting the sunshine (real or fake).

you could suffer from seasonal depression... but yea i think a lot of poeple are like that, i know im super lazy and tired all the time when its freezing cold out... but if its unbarable maybe you have the seasonal depression.... also try some b-12 dots along with a complete multi vitamin every day,,, only about 10% of the b12 dots are absorbed in the blood so its best to take it with a vitamin containing "100%" of your b12, ive done this everyday for a month now because i was always so tired and crappy, and it really has been helping and im recommending it to everyone. good luck ♥ also exercise exercise exercise, gives u much energy the next day. and so forth.

We bypass away them a brilliant style of water yet no longer nutrition as boredom will bring about starvation and weight problems. Crating is okay yet there's a topic in the event that they get caught short and want a pee or something.
