does slim fast work and if you or a person you know have tried it how well does it work.....and do you gain it all back when you start eatting regualr again but healthy...and does it slow down your matabulisum

The real benefit of a diet program like Slim Fast is not what is in the Slim Fast can - it's the idea of portion control. The Slim Fast plan is really no different than what Jared from Subway did by eating the same Subway subs every day. He controlled the amount of food going into his body and made sure it was healthy and not too much at one sitting.
You can do the same thing without the Slim Fast cans.

there are far better ways to lose weight. read the label on the Slim Fast can, the first two ingredients are water and sugar. that's what you are paying for.
buy yourself from protein powder and make your own shakes that "don't" have processed sugar in them.

hiya yer slimfast does work... i lost 1 st on like a month but yes you do put on more weight when u stop as all the shakesw have vitamins in that your body needs and your regular diet does not. hope i have helped.
