I am a Taurus. I am stubborn, yet I am down-to-Earth and very loving. I am romantic as well. I am with the one I love and therefore, I don't need anything that is material.
I guess it would depend on your female Taurus and if she's anything like me. I guess I would tell you the things that would make me happy on Valentine's Day.
For a romantic gesture I would want flowers, but not roses. Roses are so overdone. I enjoy a bouquet of all kinds of flowers to depict who I am. Hand picked flowers are best because it would show a more personal interest than just grabbing anything at the florist shop. Ask some of your mom's friends if you can hand pick some flowers from their gardens. It shows that you took the time to do it yourself, that you care, and that she is important in your life. If she was born in may, Lillies of the Valley are her birth flower. Don't know if they are in bloom, but that's one way to go if you want to buy flowers. Take her on a picnic and read a poem you wrote just for her. If she likes the arts, take her to an opera, play ,or anything like that. It's all about her and it doesn't have to be mega expensive. Overall, I like things simple and personal. Something that means something to me.
