I do not have health problems at all. Have always been quite thin but after my divorce I gained weight. Have lost 40lbs on my own would love to lose 20 more. I eat very low fat, low sodium, fresh fruits and veggies, drink water, no alcohol. I'm just stuck. Need a push and do not want prescriptions. Tried Hydroxcut it made me feel crappy. Help??

The key to losing weight isn't what you take. There are no magic pills. The one thing you didn't say is that you workout. If you want to lose the weight try these few things... Eat smaller portions more times per day. Our bodies look at out eating habits and it says we eat this way and if that way is 1 or 2 meals a day or low fat our body sometimes thinks we are starving! So it stores fat. America has the most low fat low sodium foods in the world and we have the fastest people. There is a reason, Our bodies need fat to surround nerve endings and things of this nature. If you goto Europe their foods say "Whole Fat" or "Full Fat" and you look at the people and they are usually much more fit then we are. Bottom line eat less food more times per day and start working out... Even if its a 20 min walk every night. Stay away from the junk food. Soda adds 12 pounds a year to your frame in a resent study stay away from those and just believe you can do it on your own. We need to get away from the thinking that there is a pill for everything... There isn't.

Oatmeal.
It's a complex carb, burns off slowly, leaves you feeling full.
Plus it'll help keep your cholesterol in check.
