I need help pretty fast. Diet will work, but not as quick as I need it. Which is better Suppositories on an enema ?

Dulcolax tabs or suppositories. Drink plenty of fluids when you take. If you do not it will set up like cement making your constipation worse. Call your Dr. This can get much worse if you wait.

An enema---High -Hot and a he!! of a lot.....Clean that stuff out.

I know all about this - and I have one suggestion that is probably best (and natural)...
Prunes.
That's the best. 2nd best? Sennakot, or senna pills, from local drugstore. They are natural.
