I saw on tv that a good way to brighten your teeth is to mix these two and keep in your mouth for about 10 minutes. I'm wondering if it works or if it can harm in any way.

Never heard if it would have any harmful effects but if it don't work to brighten teeth you can always stand in front of someone swinging a ball bat and you wouldn't have to worry about bright and white teeth no more. SMILE

Yes, the key is consistency, and you don't have to keep it in your mouth for ten minutes. You could overdose on peroxide if you drink it straight.
Usually you just make a paste in a small cup-enough to brush with. Then rinse well.

Yes, this works, but you do not swallow the peroxide it's harmful just wish around in your mouth, and spit it out.

It works great if you are consistent with it, it will not harm you at all.
