And what types of excersises did you do while taking a diet pill? Thanks i want to lose 10 pounds the most I want to lose, within not alot of time about a month or so.

Try this for a month and I guarantee you that you will loose at least 3-4 lbs. Combination of cutting back the carbohydrates and exercising will make you drop the lbs. Chicken salad for lunch, 45 minutes to 1 hour of workout every other day or every day. Try not to eat too much bread or rice. Establish a good eating habit and exercising for good health. Oh yeah drink plenty of water. If you drink enough water then your body will not retain water.

I dropped about 30 lbs in the course of 8 months and I have been able to keep it off for 6 months now.

There are none that "works"period .The only weight you'll lose will be the money out of your wallet.These "pills" are dangerous and have some bad side effects.This question is asked almost daily here,and the answers are the same.What works is sensible diet and exercise. Take care. SW RNP

Sorry, but there is no magic pill. Do any type exercise (move, just keep moving your body) and eat less.
Eat low calorie foods - fill up on veggies and water.
Keep your goal in mind, it is a life style change you want to be able to live forever with. And you WILL feel better.

honestly, you're not gonna find any pill at wal-mart that will make you lose weight without excersize and a good diet. But i would suggest for you to get Hydroxy cut, the caffeine free kind. The kind with caffeine can make your heart race and it can make you feel dizzy.

If you can find Hydroxycut with ephedra and take it as indicated. Despite what everyone will tell you, if you take it correctly, you will not die.

I lost a lot of weight on it plus it gave me energy for when I would work out.

There are a few websites that offer it. I lost 20lbs the first month.

Beware of diet pills, just excersise at least once a day, and eat low fat foods.

ab lounger. hubby bought this for me, lost 17lbs in 6 weeks with 15 min 3xa week. normal is 5 min 3xa week but i worked up to that. you have to, you can't stop for those 15 min though! you can still eat sensible-which means not every meal mcdee's and loose weight, i even gained some muscle in my arms too!

this should help, but please get the one that folds under the bed! the other , ab lounge sport is a pain in the azz cause it sits out and takes up lots of rooom!!!

the best diet pill is for ADD or ADHD- aderall. you never eat because you're never hungry. i DO NOT advise taking it as a diet pill, though. it's probably dangerous to use a prescription in another way than was intended.
