There are worse problems than this, but I feel you. Basically, you are too easy. You need to hold out on them. They don't get to show you off as their boyfriend until there is an emotional connection. Before that, you are just dating, and reserve the right to see other people.
I'm not telling you to be a player. I'm telling you that women are at their best either when you are really together and they are half of a partnership or when they are unsure of their status. At the beginning of a relationship, keep her unsure. If she isn't giving you anything emotionally, don't let her make you her man--be the man she's still trying to 'get'.

One think you need to understand is young people tend to judge a book by its cover. So they may see only your appearance but this you should remember don't try to please others. However, maybe changing social groups might help always surround yourself with people who can overlook apperance and see you for who you really are. Someone who will love and appreciate you will do it as a whole not just apperance.

Probably this type of behavior wont stop until you are a little older. For now you may just have to deal with it or find a more mature group to hang with.
Or you could just enjoy it for what it is.

its human nature. ppl like attractive ppl. but once dey discover det ure attitude sux, or ure personality is boring, slowly they wud go away.
but if ure a guy wif gd attitude and fairly interesting personality, girls probly won't mind to get to know you better. and ure looks wont be de main reason they like u anymore, but
it'll be a bonus.
