Try talking with your parents about their experiences, ask about their first kisses, first loves; if that isn't something you can do than talk with an older sibling, a friend or a teacher or counselor. You need to understand that your age is important; involving yourself in any form of foreplay or sex, is a huge step! I am sure many adults would look back on their own youth and tell you that you should take your time, respect yourself and do not do anything you may regret later, I mean, once you give it up what is left to give? the best way to let some one know you like them is to tell them but you will need to use the right words and feel confident in telling them,there can't be no um's or er's,choose your words and tone carefully,
the perfect kiss is quite easy just kiss like its the last kiss you'll ever give,every time!!!
how to get them in the mood depends on what they like.try and find out without actually asking

What you are trying to prove is true...people are different. But in all this i guess what makes anyone weak at the knees is being showered with love and being respected and treated right. I applies to most of the questions you asked.

for my wife i give her a all over body massage with candle's in the room and soft music
my soft spot is getting her nails in my back and with her nibbling on my ear lobe

well....what i did was start by going out for drinks with him...(drinks always soften guys up :-) our first kiss was far from perfect...lol the drinks helped to get him in the mood...and i found out HIS soft spot is his earlobe :-)
