At 18 you are legally allowed to move out of your home, just make sure you have a good job so that you can pay for your own place or get a room mate.

No you don't have to stay at yo moms until u finish school. Legaly you can move out when you are 18 years old. Then u can bounce outa her place.

Legally you can do it when you are 18, but you should probably staywith your mom until you finish high school. It will be much easier on you.

I think you should beable to move out when your 18. Check the laws where you live but in some states you can. I'm not sure if you can in every state though.

It is your choice to move out at 18. But it does get harder when you are on your own so be sure that is what you want to do.

I think it may depend on the laws in your state, but you should stay w/ your mother until you have graduated. If I knew then what I know now, I'd still be living at home!
