sausages, onions and tomato ketchup - yum! Sometimes melt some cheese too. Against my drs orders, I'm sure.

medium hot mustard on the bun halves, Ketchup and a generous sprinkling of Madras Curry Powder over the sausage. Delish!!

If you use 'herby' sausages the best thing to go with it is marmalade. Both flavours go really well together. Best if marmalade is homemde though.

cold slices of tomatoes, mushrooms and bacon. plenty of butter. all in side slices of toast. excellent after a heavy night out. but no onions.
