You will have to use someone elses computer to download Internet Explorer and burn it to a CD. You can probably order a CD from Microsoft with IE on it, too, but that may cost a few dollars.

That will work for sure. You can also download the Visual C++ runtime distributed libraries and install them. They contain msvcrt.dll. However, I'd go with the above choices.

That means some programs is not working click on windows defender's icon then click all users then go to that program in the left side of the menu click on it then click delete on the right menu it will be deleted only from start up menu but still be on your computer.I had that headache with vista many programs did not work.

If you have a genuine windows then:
Download the internet explorer setup file from microsoft and then you can always install from that file.. it will automatically install on the previous version !

It does not appear that that is a good dll. It appears to be installed by a virus. Scan your system with your anti-virus.

try updating the system by going to windowsupdate.microsoft.com and downloading an update to the IE system. Many updates repair missing DLL's.
