What is the best over the counter appetite suppresant? I desparately need energy and appetite control. Not interested in prescription meds. I have tried Green Tea, and some others from GNC. Nothing works. Help?

Green tea alone won't work but if you use Bee Pollen with it it does work, I lost 60 pounds over a year ago and it has stayed off for the first Time In my life, I have been a yo yo dieter all my life, the bee pollen contains a natural appetite suppressant that is healthy, eat the bee pollen anytime you have a hunger or urge and believe me it goes away and gives you energy to boot, I went to a site beeroyalproducts.com and I used the energy tea and bee pollen and lost the weight, it has stayed off and no cravings at all... its healthier than the over the counter stuff ..be careful and good luck

Hydroxycut seemed to work for my wife as an appetite suppresant. However, this medication should not be take if you have high blood pressure or heart troubles. This drug has caffeine in it and can increase your blood pressure and heart rate, and it may cause insomnia if taken late at night. I would definitely contact your doctor before beginning this medication.

Don't do it, don't do it. When I was in LPN training one of my fellow students -- 25 year old healthy young man -- died in bed one night from taking double the recommended dosage of over-the-counter diet pills and having an alcoholic beverage that night. Exercise is the best appetite suppressant I know of, but even this has to be in moderation.

I have had great results with Stacker 3 as well as other similar products. I have the energy to get through my tasks and not feel starved after I'm finished. Two a day along with a reasonable diet and plenty of water has allowed me to keep well within the weight considered appropriate for my body. Hope I've helped.

Alli. It also comes with a meal plan. But, you have to make the commitment to follow the lifestyle changes and make sure you read about the side affects before you start.
