They have been for a few thousand years. The misogynist reading of Genesis was big with the Jews, but even bigger with the Christians, especially the neurotic sexual degenerate Paul and his even more neurotic and degenerate successor in tradition, St Augustine.
Genesis is always cited as the justification of woman's total subjugation to her husband. Females who call themselves "Christian" today need to do some research. If you're the type who excuses all the obvious primitive barbarity of the OT by saying "The Good News of the Gospel has superceded the Old Law," then read Paul's letters to Timothy. The Christian god is not a friend of the ladies.
In just the same way, the Passion story has been made the excuse for antisemitism, even though virtually all responsible historians agree that the blame for Jesus' execution was only shifted to the Jewish Sanhedrin because the Gospels were composed for a primarily Roman gentile audience, and the Romans had therefore to be painted in a friendly light.

It depends on what countries you are referring to. In 1st world countries, both men an women face equal hardships. men may face losing their children after divorce and are often put down by society without society realizing they are doing it. On the other hand, women in 1st world countries still face issues like rape, low salary, troubles having children while working, no maternity leave, and even discrimination in the workplace. Though, women do have benefits that men don't. In third world countries or anything in between, there is no question who has it worse.

God created an imperfect creature called MAN (which includes both male & female)
God also created sin, temptation and nice breasts...
God never created a Talking Snake.
God was prepared to let them off for eating the Apple.
However, to blame their failings on a non existant Talking Snake, God was simply forced to kick them out of the Garden Forever;-
Gods reasoning - after digesting the fruit of all my Knowledge they made up a storey about a Freaking Talking Snake, a Talking Snake of all things, Jesus Christ...

No way! Should men apologize for Adam standing by watching his wife be tempted, and apologize for blaming Eve rather than answering God's question of "why?" And should men or women hold grudges? Absolutely not--we ought to forgive as Christ forgives.

Hi
Being the muslim Quran says all the inccident of AAdam (adam) and Hawwa(Eve).
First it says that Adam was made up from mud and then eve born by his ribs.
Now Quran says that main purpose for the creation of the adam and eve was to sent them down to earth as his followers. So this thing is clear that both had to be sent on earth.
Angles asked: to God why you are creating them. They will spread the killings and bloodshed and other things in the earth.
God replied: You dont know what i know.
After that God asked angles to tell the name of some things but they were unable to tell and then God asked Adam to tell and he answered.
The point to note here is that Angles are given limited knowledge weither Human being are awarded by the vast knowledge and choice.
Now after creation of them God said them both that never go near to a TREE of WHEAT. This is not debate able that weither it was wheat tree or apple or some thing like that.
Anyway Then God told all the angles and satan(who was made by FIRE . "ISAFIL") to bow Adam. All the obediants of God bowed but not satan. He said that O God you have created me from FIRE so how can a stronger can bow to a weaker. Its not my repute God said you are now cursed and get lost from here. Satan asked for permission that i will bitray the human beings till the end of times.
God replied: Permission Granted but you cant enforce them and the people who obay me will not bitray and the people who will want to follow your path will go to hell with you.
So later then it was the satan who betrayed the Adam and Eve to go to that Tree and eat some part from it. and then all of sudden Adam and Eve realised that satan betrayed them so they asked apology from God and God taught them some verses and then God forgave them. but point is that then why God sent them in earth ....? as in above phrases It was decided that God already decided with angles that HE will send them in earth. So He did.
It wasnt the case that EVE bitrayed Adam no its never was.So keep in mind that women never should be apologise to men.
God also said that MEN are the clothing for Women and women are clothing to men. Islam teaching tell that MEN and women are equal as whole.
So the conclusion is that Eve was never be a cause to bitray the Adam it was satan who bitrayed Adam and is bitray you and us in many forms.
So the people who know the exact path will never bitray but the people who want to follow wrong path will be bitray.
and the exact path you can find in TORAH/BIBLE(if pure) and QURAN.
So Adam never does any mistake if he was educated limited i mean if God feeds to him that dont eat from wheat Tree and he dont.... as angles are given limited knowledge they cant do mistake.
but at that time Adam was told what is right and what is wrong so he was given choice and then choose what God like or choose what satan tells him to do.
Hope that will answered the Question.
Best Regards
Usman

No. Both were seduced or partook.
But another factor should be considered, love.
When Adam realized what Eve had done, his love for her was great and this could be why Adam also partook.
They ate (assimilated or consumed knowledge) from the tree of knowledge of good and evil (Satan).
That's why God said;
Gen 3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
We all must eat (assimilate or consume knowledge) of the tree of life (Jesus Christ), to live for ever.

First off.... ridiculous question to apologize on another's behalf.
However, to make a comment. Adam was right there and ALLOWED her to be deceived. He was the one who got the command directly from God and passed on the info. At this point in the story it was just common knowledge not to eat of it. Nobody cared cuz there was ample supplies elsewhere. Why do you think satan went to Eve? Adam just sat there knowing the command and just sort of wanted to see what would happen when she ate it. I'm sure his heart was pounding and was relieved when she didn't die (bodily death). Maybe he figured, "God made her. If she dies, maybe he'll just make me another one." Not really having respect for God and taking advantage of their relationship. A thing that many of us still do. We take God for granted and just expect Him to fill our every need and want, not really appreciating these things.

Nope.
The story in the Bible is overly exaggerated to make women look like evil temptresses.
The Quran however says that both eve and adam were there when God told them not to eat the apple.
But they both forgot in time.
And the first one to cave into the temptation of the devil was Eve.
But eventually Adam listened to her and he was no different.
