I want to know either my computer are using DirectX 9 or DirectX 10...

If you have Wondows XP, you most definitely don't have directX 10.

Just as the person above wrote:
Start-->Run... (or press Windows-Key and R)
Enter "dxdiag" and press OK.

In the DirectX Diagnosis Program is the version Number. You probably have DirectX 9c

Go to the Windows START Menu, select RUN, type dxdiag and click OK.
