Well I met him to study before an exam. Anyways, when I was reading through some stuff, he looked me intently in my eyes, a little nervous in his voice, and he just asked me "What am I doing during Winter Break?" I told him I had to stay in the city...
He asked me for a ride home, and while we were walking down the stairs, he was walking close beside me, too close that it was arm to arm, leg to leg, I have bad balance, so I was scared he was going to push me off the ledge, ha.
So, what's the deal with this guy?

His actions are very physical, so he wants to do SOMETHING with you.
Spend a lil more time with him if you want to, just make sure its somewhere lighted. The being super close thing seems a bit creepy.

Dang, why does it seem like we analyze every detail of an encounter in order to see if someone likes us? I think that is not enough information to tell that he likes you. The best way to tell is from the convo you guys had during the ride home, or maybe some other type of body language then just walking.

It seems that he wants to get to know you more.
Why don't you ask him to do something during the winter break and see what he says?

to us women it's a mystery if men like us or not. he probably never saw you before and thought you are pretty. this happens to a lot of people. he probably wants your attention.(he probably does.

we could all guess all day long and not know the true answer...he sounds wierd to me

it's hard to tell frankly...
he could be in to you, likes you and wants to ask you out.
the important question here is do you like him? do you want him to ask you out or something similar to that?
