The largest age difference that I know of was a couple who married when he was 60 and she was 20. He was an American and she a Spaniard. They remained married 25 years. He had long retired and in poor health. They separated and then divorced. I don't know what eventually happened to him, but she is in the "singles circuit" now and making up for lost time.

20 years...but the funny thing is, it makes less difference if the girl feels uncomfortable with an older guy than it does if a guy feels less comfortable with an older woman. The visual clues are much more pronounced, I'm sorry to say...men tend to age a little better!

I dated someone 10-years younger for 5-minutes. Once she started talking about some pop singer I realized how embarrassing and foolish I looked. In order to apply the age don't matter rule -- you have to be immature or desperate.

22 years. Depends on the individual. Some men age faster than others physically and mentally.

My husband is 20 years older than me and we have been married for 20 years. When we met, age didn't matter. We had a lot in common and just clicked.
