Usually water is associated with your spiritual well-being. Are the clothes yours or someone else's? If they are yours it may have something to do with changing yourself and how you look to others in the world. If it is someones clothes it may mean you want to help the person associated with the clothing.

It means that you're too much of a wuss to be a guy and rewear dirty clothes. ;)
Either that or maybe you forgot a load in the washer or drier and your subconscious was trying to remind you. Better check that washer, mildew can be nasty.
