If you only want to lose 10 lbs, you don't need, and shouldn't take a pill. Pills are for drastically overweight people, which you are certainly not. Don't eat anything after 6:00 PM except on Saturdays, and run a couple of miles every other day. You'll lose 10 lbs. in 3-4 weeks.

How tall are you? The only way is through diet and exercise. Chances are you may not even have to lose 10 pounds. You might just need to tone up. Go for a walk (30 minutes every day). Combine that with some toning exercises such as crunches. Good luck!

Don't use a pill. I did the Fat smash diet (off Celebrity Fit Club on VH1) for 11 days and lost 10 lbs. You eat veggies, fruit, yogurt, brown rice, regular oatmeal during that time. It's very effective and you'll lose 10 lbs in one week for sure.

Hydroxycut is a good medication that can be bought OTC for weight loss, but you have to be very careful with these type of medications. They usually have caffeine in them, and they can speed your heart rate and increase your blood pressure. I would contact a doctor to receive a physical before I began any type of stimulant in order to lose weight. Most of these medications should not be used in people who already have high blood pressure or heart problems. It's always smart to contact a physician first.

a good number of solutions... dude you're very youthful. do not say that "i'm a student so i are not getting time for something". you have constantly. consume in spite of you desire to. purely bypass exterior in night and play some exterior video games. specifically soccer, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you may. Play soccer daily for an hour or 2 and you will see the modifications.

pills are not the answer they cause too many complications you are better off figuring out how many calories you take in each day then cut that back by 500 calories and you will lose weight.

instead of trying to rely on a pill, why dont you do it the healthy way. diet and exercise. that way, you're more likely to keep it off as well.
