Fasting.
At one point in my life I could lose 10-20 lbs. per week by having nothing more than water (definitely not advisable for anyone to do this, but it worked for me).
I was younger and more active then (softball, bowling, volleyball, etc).
So basically, I was burning more calories than I was consuming (therefore, my body had to live off the stored up body fat...which equates to weight loss).

The craziest thing I did to loose weight? Easy, started using crack cocaine. I lost over 70 lbs in less than 7 weeks (but damn, was it ever hard on the body and the pocket book!!-not a recommended choice for weight loss, but it sure did work for me....and once I stopped using crack, the weight has never come back, so it must have kicked my metabolism into a high gear!)

Fidget! There is actually a book called "The Fidget Factor" that tells how the extra movement of fidgeting helps to burn calories. If you have large amounts of weight to lose, it probably won't make much of a difference. However, I noticed about a 5 lb weight loss after a couple months and since my fidgeting involves tightening and relaxing the muscles throughout my body, my muscle tone has imporved quite a bit. Try it!

Oh, by the way, the book is probably out of print, but you could find it at a used book store, at Amazon.com, or at other used book sites.

I did a lot of crazy things but they didn't work. Sorry! I did the juice diet, the 3 day diet, the sopu diet, none worked! And if they did once I got to my regular eating I gained the weight back. However I did Weight Watchers and it worked, lost 50+pounds, good luck

I lived for a month on a diet of Power Bars, brown rice, salsa and garden burgers. Oh, and protein shakes. I lost 15 lbs. in 5 weeks.
