I just met this nice guy a week ago but he stares at me all the time and when a pretty girl walks by he doesnt even look....he even stares at my lips. He smiles at me all the time and tries to figure out what I wear so he can wear the brands I like for example Ralph Lauren. I stated at times I wanted to go to a movie or a fair and he adds that he will go with me. Recently he told me that he misses me and my company. Is this a potential clinger or just wants a relationship?

he sounds kinda weird to me. if he wants to wear the same brand of clothes and he misses you after knowing you a week. ya hes a weirdo, i would end it before you begin it.

Isn't a relationship a clinger? I mean really. It sounds like you've got a winner on your hands and if you don't snatch it up, he's going to get away from you.
Go get him, you know you want to so just do it. You will be happy you did.

If you already feel that he may be a cling on then do not date him. If you are even wondering if you feel that way now then don't pursue a relationship because he will honestly probably end up hurt.
