I have cut all sugar/sweets out and replaced them with fruit, low fat yogurt, granola bars and healthy cereals. Those aren't the only foods that I do eat, but I do watch what I eat. But, the scale isn't showing that I am eating healthier, why? I also drink only water!!! And I'm pretty sure I don't overload on calories, no more than the recommended daily allowance.

dont take weight as the most conclusive way to find out whether or not ur healthy, u can be 180 pounds and have 30% body fat or 180 pounds and have just 12%-15% of body fat... what ur eating is healthy but wont make u lose weight, low carbs n a combo of cardio and a bit of strength training will help u lose fat... what ur eating won't make u gain or lose weight

Congratulations on eating better! If you want to know if you're really eating healthy, check out www.mypyramid.gov and they will give you a eating plan based on your height and weight. It would be a good idea to add physical activity if you're tyring to lose weight (start out with 20 minutes 3 days a week and work up to 45 minutes 5 days a week...this is recommended to help lose weight). You shouldn't always go by the scale either...if you notice that your clothes are fitting better and you have more energy, then you know you're on the right track!

What your eating is great...be careful not to overload on fruit cause although they don't have the dextrose (fatning sugar) that have Fructose which is the natural sugar in fruit...You should probably work a lttle cardio into your healthy routein along with alot of vegitables!!!I hope this helpped

Rinse your mouth intently. If this occurs back, you be conscious of you are able to not cope with that lots lemon at one time. you are able to take any discomfort reliever. The hygienists in my dentist's workplace say they use Tylenol after having their tooth deepwhite to renounce any soreness. pay attention for mushy beverages as they're acidic, too. in case you nonetheless have issues, swap to a toothpaste for comfortable tooth and shrink down on issues that reason soreness. Your physique substitute into telling you something and you probably did not pay attention.

Just eating healthy will not make you lose weight, this is a common misconception. You need to exercise more and eat healthy if you want the pounds to come off.

Do you know it happened to me too. Same here, I am even exercise with it since new year. I don't loose anything, but didn't gain anything either. Good or bad here.
