I have cut all sugar/sweets out and replaced them with fruit, low fat yogurt, granola bars and healthy cereals. Those aren't the only foods that I do eat, but I do watch what I eat. But, the scale isn't showing that I am eating healthier, why? I also drink only water!!! And I'm pretty sure I don't overload on calories, no more than the recommended daily allowance.

im in the same boat as you. But what i've notice and may be helpful to you even though the scale doesnt change my clothes fit differently. So really i blamed the scale for being wrong. I trust my Gap size 10s that I have lost weight and what i'm doing is helping.

Stick with it.

By the way after you doing excerise too along with the eating better?

Since you committed to eating health, you probably are more active than before. If you are exercising, you can be exchanging fat for muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. So you can be smaller and yet weigh more. Watch how your clothes fit. check your definitions (face slimming), (waist smaller), etc.
