Only grilled Lord with Pam spray or broiled. He saves so is very lean and low fat.

is it okay for trans-fat to serve the lord? Or is it okay to eat trans fat and serve the lord?

First question, don't really know if it can. Second, we shouldn't do anything that destroys us, spiritually, physically, or mentally. So the question is, what are the consequences of trans fat?

Well, considering all the beef that was offered up as a "sweet savor" in the old testament, his cholesterol levels might already be up there. Then again, they didn't inject the beef with steroids, etc.. and didn't process the foods..oh what the heck, give it a try and see if he likes it ;)

If he doesn't, I guess he'll be having you for dinner.
