Grenadine is just a flavor syrup dont see why it would not be sold there it sold in super markets around here (new Jersey)

Most grocery stores have it on the soda aisle. Along with the mixers and margarita salts/sugars.

if not, throw a jolly rancher in there, does the trick in a pinch! =)
