I heard that in East Africa and some Middle Eastern countries especially Yemen, chew Khat as a social habit. Despite the fact that Cannabis is illegal vertically worldwide, Khat seems to be legal. Is the effects of the drug "Khat" or "Qat" as strong as Cannabis?

Absolutely nowhere near as strong. You can't smoke it, you have to chew it (disgusting) or make tea with it. The effect is a stimulant effect (the opposite of cannabis) but very mild. I'd say it's comparable to caffeine but more pleasant (less jittery).

Never heard of it...and I've heard of alot. I doubt that it is as strong.
