Just asking this says to me that you have an eating disorder. Because if you didn't, you wouldn't ask-you would know that you are VERY SKINNY.

Please get some help.

For your height it is 120 lbs. The rule of thumb is 100 lbs at 5' and then 5 lbs for every inch thereafter. This is for a person of average frame and average musculature. The important thing is....how do you feel? Are you healthy? Are you eating properly? At your weight I would expect that you can look at yourself in the mirror and be ok with what you see there. If not, you need to rethink what you are expecting to see in the mirror. It may not be practical or possible with your body shape or type.

Hope that helps!

Hi there! Let me teach you how to check. This is a simple method called BMI. BMI stands for Body Mass Index. Lets begin.
1) Take your height in metres mutiply by your height in metres.
2) Take your weight in kilograms and divide by the answer you get in step in.
3) The number you get is your BMI.

The healthy range for an average person is between 19-22. Anything above is overweight, anything below is underweight.
