To view the key, click Start, Programs, Accessories, and then click Windows Explorer. Double-click the systemroot folder (usually windows), click Show Files if necessary, and then double-click the System32 folder. Click Show Files, and then scroll down and double-click eula.txt.

You can't.

There is no reason why anybody would ever need to enter a new key. If you re-bought Windows for some reason, then you just need to flat-out reinstall it to enter a new key.

Your key is at, right click my computer and go to properties. In general tab it will have your key. You can not change the product key unless you reinstall Windows and for some reason your HASH did not get stored (changes in hardware usually cause this), and at that point it will ask you for your COA.
