That's a very good question, it's been shown that taking 10,000 steps can help contribute to weight loss. The question is ARE YOU? =)

Probably more than that. I have a 2 mile each way walk to college and back, and I also walk to most other places that I go to. So although I have never calculated the steps I take in a day, it has to be fairly high.

Haha...we are all supposed to, but no way. No one has time to walk that much in a day.

that is a lot of steps for my current lifestyle. I probably do around 7,123 teps

I should minimum. it's good o take a long walk for your health mentally and physically.
