You could lose 24 to 36 pounds May 1 if you REALLY knew what you were doing.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

well, that is 10 lbs a month for 30 by first of May or 40 by end of may.
stop drinking any type of pop...stick strictly to water and lots of it
cut all of your food portions in half
or eat 6 small meals a day
limit your sugar to almost zero...no sweets or very little
exercise...of the aerobic kind...such as walking, jogging, dancing...but it needs to be for 1/2 hour solid......you can work yourself up to the 1/2 hour if you are really out of shape...this is a "daily" workout
you have to be dedicated and do this on your own, no one can do it for you. you have to have your mind made up and stick to it. as far as food goes, you can eat pretty much anything (except sweets) just not much of it at a time....smaller portions will shrink your stomach after a period of time and it will not take so much to get full. ALWAYS stop eating when you are full, even if food is left on your plate.
good luck and go for it!

be cool...

To be honest with you, it is not impossible but chances are your focus should be on losing fat if you're looking to look great for the summer time.

Losing 15-20 lbs of fat while maintaining or slightly gaining a little muscle will have your body looking just right for the summer time.

With vacations and all, you'd definitely want to get your hands on a system that will definitely bring you one step closer to your goals.

Yes, I lost 60 lbs in 3 mo. by really sticking to 1. don't eat after 6pm; 2. don't eat sweets; 3.have (3) small well-balanced meals each day; 4. have some kind of active exercise each day-even if it's just a mile walk.

It is possible but it might be unhealthy to loose that much weight in that short amount of time. I suggest making a new time limit that is more reasonable. You will still look and feel great.
