What's wrong with using the topic to figure out what you're thinking about? If you always think that bad actions and events are all that life is about, think again. Don't accept being brainwashed by people who say to always be positive. Part of healing the bad stuff is to let it out and let go of it or try to understand why its happening. Even bad stuff is there for a good reason!

hey there. if you catch on a phrase and or thought. like a single sentence or even an action that you have seen and it gets stuck in your head it can be very annoying. You cant like other people say just let it go. that doesn't work , does it? sounds to me like one of the symptoms of tourrettes syndrome. there are a few. it belongs to the family that fit in under the obsessive compulsive umbrella. It is likely to cause you to wonder if you are going crazy and is difficult to live with. there is help out there. medicines they call anti stuck meds. find a good psychiatrist and get some peace. the best of luck to you.

It depends on why you're having these thoughts. If you're remembering something terrible that happened to you, you might have post-traumatic stress disorder. The only thing to do is to find a therapist to help you. If they're imaginary thoughts, it might be obsessive-compulsive disorder. This responds well to antidepressant-type medication.

It sounds like meds are the way to help. You can go to your family doctor if you don't have a shrink yet. Good luck.

Resolve those things that are bothering you, because the more you try to scape from them the more they are going to hunt you.
