He's not letting you move on and it's not fair. I suggest that you distance yourself from him. come on honey, help yourself!Besides, you already have a new boyfriend who'll help you get over him. The guy probably loves you that much, pls don;t be unfair with him. Here are some ways I can suggest to forget your ex.

1.) throw away all his mementos, photos, and eveything that reminds you of him.
2.) Spend more time with your boyfriend, friends and family.
3.) Keep yourself busy.
4.)Avoid listening to mellow music, esp. the songs both of you loved to listen to,
5.) Keep a list of all the bad things he did to you and tack them next to your bed.
6.) Sever all of your communications with him.
7.) Avoid seeing him.
8.)Avoid the places he frequents.
9.)Convince yourself that you don't deserve him.
10.) List all the good qualities your new bf have that he doesnt have.

Remember this:

GOD TAKES AWAY WHEN HE HAS SOMETHING BETTER TO GIVE.

Cut and run. Tell your ex that you don't need the added drama in your life, and to stop contacting you. Focus on what matters most, and don't let anyone stand in the way of your happiness. After all he is an ex for a reason...

Don't you think its time for you to get serious than emotions?? Its not health for you to think that way. If you said your new boyfriend is lovely? then stop think about your ex... think why you dump him, etc. Its for good. Be careful because if you keep that way and your new boyfriend will start to notice it and might be your next ex. good luck.

You can't stop thinking about someone other than just keep getting on with life and your new relationship.

But if it goes on and you still think about your ex and would rather be with him, then you should break away from your new boyfriend as it's not fair on him.

The sex must have been good. He is bored and lonely and he knows you have a new relationship. Instead of wishing you well and learning from his mistakes, he creates chaos and confusion with you. Tell him good luck and never look back.

first you should get some counseling, you need someone to talk to who can help you sort through your feelings and learn to deal with them. next you need to stand up to your ex and let him know its over between you and you need him to stop contacting you. be firm and don't let him jerk you around anymore. then appriciate the man you are with now. and enjoy being with him.

because he doesn't want you to be happy with whom you have now and maybe wants you back. Tell him to take a hike, he is your ex for a reason.

learn to be faithful to one person.. this won't work out.. you have to quit one .your ex- is not trustworthy.. when sending messages to you, he might be sending to so many others.why don't you understand this simple thing. you have to be with the one who you say is lovely.. do not loose a true friend...
