When you ask if it can be refrozen, I'm assuming it's been frozen and then baked and now you'd like to freeze it again? It's fine to do that- you can thaw foods, cook them, and then refreeze. You can't, however, thaw and just freeze again. Lasagna should keep 2-3 days in the refrig. if it's kept tightly covered! I think it always tastes better the next day anyway!
A hint on Lasagna- if you're making from scratch, you can assemble it and then freeze- just take it out when you need it and bake it!

Yes it can be frozen. However, it has to be the freshly made kind.
I would only keep it for a month. Make sure it is packaged properly before you freeze it so that it does not get freezer burn. I would not suggest using no frills packaging. Try Ziploc or Glad products if you can.

You can freeze it for up to a year if its wrapped good and it should last a week in the fridge if there is meat in it. If no meat you might stretch it to two weeks.
