Proverbs 17:22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

It's the closest thing the bible has to offer to:

"Let my worship be within the heart that rejoices,
for behold, all acts of love and pleasure are my rituals.
Therefore, let there be beauty and strength,
power and compassion, honor and humility,
mirth and reverence within you. "

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. ~ John 3:16 ~

A verse so powerful it's making me feel like dancing and singing while writing this. God bless us all!

Jeremiah 33:3 is my all time favorite.
I also like Phillipians 3:8-9 and Phillipians 3:14. I really could go on and on, I have loads of favorites.

There are way too many to pick just one but since you asked:

Jesus says "you're either with me or against me." It's in Matthew I believe. And it makes clear that even though a person might be perceived as good by others (friends, family, coworkers) here on Earth that, if they are anti-Christian they will be with Satan in Hell. The same is true for other religions. "You can't get to the Father except by through the Son."

Matthew 6:5-6. It's the one Christians need to memorize the most, and practice "religiously."
