do men have morals on one night stands?
if you know your "say" sleeping with me for one night only, do you care what you do with me, and do you care what i'm like / look like?

Even if its a one-nighter, it's important to me to treat a woman the right way. Besides, if you don't treat her right, she won't come back for more.

I am not a man, but I think that a man looking for a one night stand will probably be satisfied with someone who they are somewhat attracted to even if they know that they would never get along with them in a romantic relationship or friendship. After all, a one night stand is about sex, not sharing. I am not sure it is necessarily a lack of morals unless they are lying, it "takes two to tango", right? I think women get caught up in strong emotion and assume the man is feeling the same things that they are. While you may be feeling all excited about the possibility of the awesome new man you met and what might come out of it, he may be only thinking about not having to go home alone. The best advise is to simply wait a little while before sleeping with a guy you are interested in romantically. If he is only looking for sex, he will move on quickly...guys aren't going to work for a one-night thing. I have never heard anybody say that they wished they had slept with someone sooner, but I have heard plenty of people say that they were sorry or that they had their feelings hurt..... Care what they do with you? I am not sure how you mean that part...

One-night-stand has got nothing to do with any moral, neither on the woman's part nor on the man's. You have a one-night-stand when you want a physical relationship without being bound by any moral.

But yes, sometimes when the person you are with on that night might impress you with other things than sex and you might end up having an emotional relationship with that person in which case morals do come into picture.

Morals mean not having a one night stand in the first place, and if a women is going to put out like that then I would not be interested in her.

This seems a very sexist question as it takes two to tango,so what about the morals off the women who is also up for a one night stand, do they care what the man looks like and what she does to him etc.

Totally. I have morals when it comes to one night stands and I would certainly care about what I do with you and what you look like does matter to me because even though it is just a one night stand I would rather have this with a good looking woman than an ugly one.

This depends on what you mean by morals. But I think what's more important is what you mean by, "one night stand."

A one-night stand, by definition, is a sexual relationship that lives and dies over the course of one evening. It's animalistic. There are much less social factors involved, though some may still be there, from the innocuous (feeling like sex tonight because it's a pleasurable activity) to the manipulative (wanting to impress your mates.)

Of course, let's not leave the woman out of the equation. If, as a woman, you find yourself in the middle of a one-night stand you were either looking for one yourself (see above male reasons; they are the same for females) or didn't notice that it *was* a one-night stand. In the second case, what you were looking for was a loving relationship, not a single sexual encounter, and you have made a mistake in sleeping with him.

Your other questions, "Do you care what you do with me?" and "Do you care what I'm like?" depend on the individual man in question. You might expect him to be a bit less responsible towards someone he might never see again with regard to STDs and pregnancy, but a guy would need to be downright callous not to consider the consequences of his actions. These men, of course, exist.

Some guys are going to be in it for the pleasure for themselves, a lot of men derive satisfaction from sexually pleasing a woman. Maybe they were peer-pressured into it (it's not just for teenagers!)

What's far, far more important than what he wants from a one night stand is what you want from it, seeing as it's your question. You can't generalise the male motive.

I dont think so....like if you ever watch guys at work in a club - you'll see them approach the fittest birds at the start of the night - if they have no luck with them you'll see them approach the lesser beautiful ones.... those who may be pretty but overweight - or stunning figure with the not so pretty face.... then when its like half hour before the club is due to close you see them aim for the dog downright ugly brigade!! Obviously not all guys are like this - but Ive spent many a night watching guy friends of mine operate this way and when Ive questioned how they are so prepared to drop standards from a claudia schiffer standard at the start of the night to a jade goody standard at the end my answer is "any port in a storm" so no I dont think they have morals!

They have exactly the same morals as the whore who lets them on that night, why is the man the guilty one. One night stands are not the same as rape. But in answer to your question, no personally its just about emptying my ballbag, if your good looking thats a bonus.

Why do you think a guy would care WHO you are when they are sleeping with you for ONE night?? They might care what you look like but chances are they wouldn't even care about that for a one night stand! GEEZE, it's not like he is ever gonna show you to his buddies!

I do not know about other men but I can say that if you slept with me for 1 night I would feel very flattered and honoured and would do my best to make you feel at ease Even if you backed out at the last minute It is always best to leave it to the lady if she thinks I am worth it it would be cool.

Most guys going for ONE night stands aren't there to care about you, they're there to use you. If you want men with morals, go for ones who don't want sex the first second they meet you. Thanks for reading.
