im a girl of 15 and quite curvy
i have lost over 2 stone in two years but because of school commitments its hard to exercise as much as id like, and its hard to eat how i wana eat ....
i weigh 155 pounds which i know is way too much for a girl of my age! (i think its approx bout 11 stone!!!!!!!!)
i am 5ft 3(approx)
can anyone tell me my ideal weight!!!!!!!!
i dont wana be anorexic cause i went that way when i was 10! i just want to lost the extra jiggly fat i have on my arms, stomach and thighs! and lose a stone or two!
(also if anyone has any tips on how to tone up these parts of my body that would be helpful too)

check ur bmi index, it will give u range of weight that is healthy for someone ur age and height

I know how you feel, I'm 5'0" and just under 140. I don't care, except when I went shopping, I was 130, and I don't fit into my clothes the right way anymore. But it's practically impossible to lose weight when I eat from my school cafeteria all the time. I'm going to have to start eating more of my own food than the cafeteria food.

Anyway, according to my BMI, I should weigh, at most, 125. According to yours, you should be 140. But honestly, I think I look just fine at 130--maybe I can't be a bikini model, but I can still wear size 6 or 8 pants. You say you're curvy--you could probably afford to be a little more generous with your weight. So I think we have the same goal in mind.

It might be nice to aim for 140, but you will probably still look healthy if you just get under 150. Actually, I bet you look healthy now.

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is the better way of calculating what people should weigh. According to your statistics, your current BMI is 27.5. For your age and gender, it should not exceed 25.

THEREFORE, you will need to get down to at least 141 lbs.

Go to your doctors or find a BMI chart (Body Mass Index). It's a chart which works out how much you should weigh according to your height.

You might be able to find a chart online.

115-120 depending on your body frame.
