Depends on lots of things. Who does it, how much color and ink is used, the amount of time needed to complete the work as well as how much detail is in the tattoo.

Best way to know for sure is to go to an artist, in person, and show him or her the tattoo and ask for a price range.

depends on the artist - go in and get quotes. My tattoo was only 3.5-4 inches by 2-2.5" and it cost 450. Mine was a portrait tattoo though.

well, how wide is it? how detailed? there are a number of factors that come into play with tattoo pricing. how talented is your artist? i got a 9 x 12 tattoo (my profile picture) and it cost me $600. my artist is very talented and charges by the hour.

It depends on the elaborateness of the design and the skill of the artist, but at minimum, several hundred dollars. By asking this question, I'm assuming this may be your first. Start small.
