I don't know if you mean 'rath' with a long vowel sound like 'path'. If so, it means royal like 'rath cha kitj' which means royal duty or royal daily schedule of actions or things to do; or 'rath cha pluek' which means royal horticultures. There's also 'rath' with short vowel sound like 'vat', then it means state or government.
