Its not a blood blister, just a normal one on the main part of the paw.

How did your cat get a blister on its paw? I have never heard of that before?
I would recommend you check the area throughly and make sure that it isnt an infection starting, and make sure that there is not something in the area that looks like a 'blister'.
Best bet is to take the kitty to the vet in a day or two if that doesnt clear up or if it is causing ur cat pain.
My cat has a strange wartlike growth on her paw......could it be possible your cat has had this growth all along and you just didnt notice it. If it is a painless growth that has been there all along I would leave it. If it is blisterlike or painful check over like I said earlier and/or take to vet.

I've never seen a blister, but I have seen abscesses on various cats' ears, head, and paws. These are caused by bites from other cats.

Sometimes a cat's paw will swell alarmingly from a bite. This is called septic paw. My vet told us to hold the paw in salty water as hot as tolerable (not boiling or scalding hot). It works amazingly well. Cats hate it, of course. It's a two-person job.

Talk to your vet.

Do you know how the cat got the blister?
Did he somehow burn his foot?
Did he step on something?
Did he get his foot caught in someway?
If he's an indoor/outdoor cat did he maybe get into a fight with another cat or other animal?

Even if you're not sure how he got the blister it's best to take him to the Vet to have it checked out.
You don't want the blister to burst and become infected.

I know how this sounds but try sniffing her foot and see if theres a chemical smell. Its unusual for a cat to get a blister. She might have stepped in something caustic. They then lick their feet to clean themselves so check her tongue and mouth for blisters as well.
It might be a burn or blister, but that would heal fast.
If it hasn't cleared up in a couple of days then the nurse at your vets could take a look, it might not be a straighforwards blister.

Don't be tempted to burst it! That would cause a lot of pain and possible infection. Has he been near paint? Paint can burn the pads of a cats paw. I didn't know this until it happened to one of our cats.

diplomacy Coordinator Robyn Broughton says His Holiness particularly wanted to have interplay with team and students. because of the fact the skill of St David is constrained to 500 human beings, it develop into desperate to run a contest to % which team and students can attend – asking what question they might ask the Dalai Lama. the contest closes on Friday 19 April, yet Mrs Broughton says there has been a terrific reaction already from team around the campus. “we've had entries from around the board,” she says. “appropriate from PhD scholars to senior administration.” And the questions cover a spectrum of matters too. “There are fairly some around a thank you to realize stability in a hectic existence, fairly some around His Holiness’s innovations around the region of tertiary training for infants, some around a thank you to stay helpful, somebody has asked ‘in case you need to be an animal, what might you be?’, yet another has asked ‘what's your universal infants memory?’.” the suited inquiries to be placed to His Holiness would be chosen via the national organiser of the Dalai Lama have faith, yet Mrs Broughton believes there'll be mix of intense and greater mild-hearted questions. Professor Mark Henaghan of regulation will facilitate the consultation and placed the inquiries to him.

Like most have mentioned, nothin if the cat seems ok as it will clean it themselves.
If does seem uncomfortable clean it for him/her or take to vets.
Always keep close eye as if pops and gets infected Not Good

has it gotten burned? keep watch so that no infection starts if you put neosporin or any thing else on it the cat will probably lick it off, you can try, if it doesn't get better then you need to see a vet to get some medication for it, keep it clean!

Does the cat appear to be in any pain? If so, definitely take it to a vet. Honestly, I would have taken him by now.
