My advice is to get it over and done with in under ten minutes. No acrobatics. With the excruciating stabbing pain that the girl experiences, it's not time to put in a marathon effort.
Just be gentle, and make sure she's really relaxed and ready. And let her know that you will stop whenever she wants you too.
