plz tell me the ways to lose weight.. i am in a very sad mood.. because of my body

Best way is to eat a healthy, reduced calorie diet and exercise. The good news is that exercise creates happy little endorphines that will elevate your mood! Doesn't take much, just aim for 30 minutes of intensional exercise, 3 times a week. If you are not active now, start by walking, and build intensity later. For now, focus on the habit.

The other thing... cut the junk out of your diet. Chips, pop, cookies. You don't need them, and you can replace these with veggies, water, and fruit (salt the veggies if you want something salty, but really, you don't need these three things in the diet). The best way to see what's wrong with your diet is to figure out your baseline. Where are you right now. Take a week to prep... and keep a food journal. Every single bite of everything you eat, write it down. At the end of the day, count up your calories, grams of fat, and grams of fiber. After a week, figure out your daily averages.

Once you know where you are, reduce your calorie intake by 500 calories a day. Your food journal should be a great guide as to what can be cut out of your diet. If you reduce your intake by 3,500 calories a week, you will lose a pound. If you reduce it by 7,000 calories a week, you will lose two pounds. As long as you are eating at least 1,200 calories a day (more, if you become really active), you should be fine.

There are lots of different approaches to losing weight. I think the thing here is what is your goal? Do you want to be lighter in weight or do you want to be more fit? Losing weight does not always mean being fit or healthy looking. Though many have dillusions of being thin always meaning healthy.

Obviously, eating less and doing more activity will shed weight. Basically you will burn more than your putting in. This isn't hard to do. Now I don't know your diet, body type or makeup. You need food in your body to burn fat and keep your metabolism going. So not eating is out of the question. Also, if you drink a lot of sodas and sugary beverages you need to reduce them or cut them out of your diet completely. My dad lost 13 lbs in a month just from drinking all water. I am not even making that up!

As far as food goes, before you start remodeling your eating habits you need to also think about putting better foods in your body. You don't have to go cold turkey, slowly cut unhealthy foods out of your diet. I suggest eating salads for lunch and dinner. I don't mean little puny salads necessarily . But a large leafy salad with whatever grilled meat you want. Tasty, satisfying, and healthy.

As far as exercising goes there are plenty of workout regiments to get to different goals. Tons of free workout programs online if you really want to use them for guidance. Whatever you do, my advice is to stick to it. No matter how big or small, if you do something long enough you will get results. Find something you like... and do it, do it , do it!

You have to engage in exercise.
The most simple and least costly is jogging and walking or swimming if your house is near a beach (swimming pool cost some entrance fee).
Talking and promise is easy before you start the exercise, but you have to ask yourself first :-
1. Do you have the determination to do it ?
2. Do you have the perseverance to continue doing it ?
3. Do you have the persistence to carry on and on?
Otherwise , my advice or any recommendation from others is a waste to our effort to answer you.

Have you heard or read about one American who walked across the States from east to west in order to loose weight last year? He did it, can you ? But I don't expect you to follow his method. At least, you must walk or jog 25 minutes non-stop 3 times a week, choose the speed most comfortable to you, but don't stop in each session until the pre-determined time, you are allowed to slow down but don't stop because it is important to keep the momentum otherwise you will feel very frustrated to jog again. After 1 month, review your result to increase the distance or time to advance further (it is already an improvement). By the time if you are able to jog in 35 minutes or walk 1 hour long for 3 month, you will definately become trimmed.
And you must drink plenty of water(Not Coco Cola or coffee or worst of all is beer), at least 2 liters per day. Most seasoned joggers seldom practise dieting , they eat whatever they like. It is the exercise that keep them in good form.

The best healthiest way to lose weight is to cut out Whites(rice, flour, sugar)...change to whole wheat...helps your metabolism with the fibre....also exercise......1/2hr a day (you can do 10 minutes at a time) Walk more*...cut out all the junk food, pop, chips, cakes, cookies...Best to eat healthy small meals 6x a day. Every 2-3hrs eat healthy foods (lots of veggies, chicken, fish, fruit and 8 cups of water per day). You'll not only lose the weight but will keep it off*~

Exercise everyday.....I exercise everyday and always maintained a steady weight. To lose weight take in less calories and exercise everyday. You'll see a difference. It's great if you start going to a gym and hook up with friends to workout with you. Jog, walk, run, do aerobics classes, spinning classes, whatever you like....but do it!!!!

i have personally lost 150 lbs by cutting out red meats, soda and cutting down all portions of what i eat.. by cutting down your portions, you can eat several meals a day...do not make the mistake of counting calories bc you will boggle ur minds...excersie 30 minutes a day and u can do this in 10 mintue incuerments..
