I was eating an Aero last night and said to my friend "You know, these aren't as nice as Whisper's used to be". It was then I realised I probably haven't had a Whisper in about 10 years!
Does anywhere still sell them in the UK? I have a craving now...

New name for Wispa bar?
Chocolate maker Cadbury is thought to be planning to rename its Wispa bars.
The Birmingham-based company is understood to be replacing the brand, which was first launched in 1981, with a bar called Dairy Milk Bubbles.
According to trade magazine Marketing Week, the decision is part of wider moves by Cadbury to bring more of its bars under the Dairy Milk name.
The report claims the replacement for Wispa will be in shops by August.
The Wispa product range includes the original milk chocolate bar and Wispa Gold, Wispa Mint and Wispa Bite.
A spokesman for Cadbury, which also makes Flake, Double Decker and Milk Tray, refused to be drawn on the report.
"Speculation is something we don't comment on," he said.

Cadbury Bubbly or Aeros are the best you're gonna get now. Wispas went out ages ago, & like most good things from that era are unlikely to make a return.

Cadbury used to make Whisper bars but they just changed the name as part of their Dairy Milk brand - a Dairy Milk Bubbles (or something similar) is now what a Wispa used to be.

Whispers have NOT been made for at LEAST 2 years. Look for Dairy Milk Bubbly Bars EXACTLY the same thing but LOOK different.

We were asking this very same question the other day!! I am gonig to look on my way home now! I did read that they are getting rid of the Lion Bar- apparently not fashionable now to eat high fat and sugar bars!! Whatever next?!!

Caramac, there's a blast from the previous! I enjoyed them while i became right into a newborn yet went by way of an element of eating too many and the thought you them now makes me experience relatively queasy - they have been ever so sickly

I think they replaced it with Cadbury Bubbly. It's not quite as good as a Wispa was but not bad.
