Good question. Fruit is not inherently filling on two different levels: firstly, your average piece of fruit doesn't come loaded with a bunch of calories, and so of course it simply doesn't have much energy. Secondly, the type of energy in fruit is mostly fructose, which is what's known as a "simple carbohydrate" Though it is true that simple sugars such as fructose deliver a more even keeled level of energy than the refined sugars found in krispy kreme donuts, at the end of the day fructose is still a "simple carb". The point here is that you're more than likely going to get fulfilled with complex carbohydrates which burn even slower than the carbs in fruit. Things like oatmeal and wild rice are good choices on that front.

One of the biggest and most common mistakes I think most people make when they attempt any lifestyle change is going too far to the opposite extreme. Modify your diet and balance it out, don't do an about-face.

There are so many theories out there on what constitutes healthy eating. I don't believe any one approach works for all people. You have to figure out what works for you, and what works is the combination that both achieves your objectives, while not making you feel deprived.

You may eventually adjust physically to the foods you mentioned, but I doubt you'll ever feel completely satisfied. Not feeling satisfied is probably the quickest way to crash and burn before you reach your goals. If you've replaced too many of the foods you enjoy with fruit, cereal and yogurt, try putting some of the other foods back in your diet, in moderation.

Some sources recommend eating 5 modest meals a day instead of 3. It makes each meal easier for your body to process, it keeps your metabolism moving, and you're less likely to feel hungry. Consider fruits, vegetables, yogurt and cereal for those "in between" meals, but be sure to have something with a little more substance for your main meals.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results if you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two units, do push ups for 60 seconds or so, skip for two minutes, rest for just one minute. Then change the push nearly something else like sit ups along with do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a rapid, effective workout that will improve results than a long manage or swim.

Fruit doesn't fill you up ? It does me. I started eating at least 7 piece of fruit and veg every day a little while ago and I always feel full. You might find it'll take a few days because you still have cravings for junk food or sugar.

Try to eat more fibre - which will make you feel full (bran flakes are great) and drink plain water too. Trust me you'll soon feel full.

Music allows you to eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology and also Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage one to take time over your dinner, so you consume more food. So, switch off – silence could make you more aware of what you’re adding your mouth.

The best solution is to gain control over it. As someone already said, stop when you're getting there and relax. Pay more attention to pleasuring your mate--orally, perhaps--and avoid rubbing your penis up against anything while doing so. It will take work on your part and patience on both parts. As a last resort, some antidepressants curb sexual functioning with the intention of learning the pleasure of restraint after which you could taper off them. Here's your goal: the longer you can delay your orgasm, the more intense it will be. So it isn't just a matter of satisfying your mate. This is the main reason some claim stoned sex is better, unlike drunk sex which can leave you unable to perform (brewer's droop). You enjoy exploring each other longer. And remember, oral isn't just one place. It's all over, paying particular attention to kissing, and TALK about what each of you like. Strange how people don't talk about sex when they're the ones doing it.

In the event it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.

it doesnt fill you up cos they dont have high levels of carbohydrates, try having a pasta salad or something for lunch or dinner then have a piece of fruit after, this will fill you up and as long as you dont have tons of the pasta, it is still healthy!
