Well, my native is Arabic so here:
-Estanna: Slang for wait
-There's "Shut up" but in the rudest way ever: Kol Khara (It literally means : "eat $hit"!!)
-Shoof: Slang for "Look"
- Ed-denya moo rah et-teer: Literally means "The world won't fly away", it's used to tell someone to be patient.
- Wala! : It means "Hey boy!". It's rude too!
- Habal: Slang for "Stupidity".
- Keefak? Slang for "How are you?"
- Mashi.. It literally means "Walking", but people use it to mean "OK".
-"Yela'an shik-lak: Literally means "Damn your looks"...But it's use to offend someone whether they're good-looking or not!
E-mail me if you want some more... (Or even dirty words ;-) )
