Okay here it is.. from a woman.
Sure an uncut penis is "Cleaner" but having sex with a guy with an uncut penis gives more pleasure - not just for the woman but from the guy's side too. And futher more in my experiance when a penis is cut - it is more sensitive - therefor they can't last very long and sex is over before it even began.
According to the bible and some religeons men must be cut - but in my opinion I would prefer them not to be cut as long as it is kept clean!!

I believe that it does not matter for women, it matter more for men an uncut penis is more sensitive for men...
