You can do it in 8 weeks, but if you are saying 700 calories, and I know you said not to say this, you will get sick and lose muscle also.

The minimum you should eat a day is 1200 calories, and even on that you will want to cheat.

its very unhealthy, especially with that small amount of calories, try more around the 1400 calories a day as, 700 calories will put your body into starvation mode. I seriously don't recommend it, as it can cause huge problems, it is possible but unless you actually want to be at your nephews christening and not in hospital then i strongly advise against it.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

you're 5 ft tall and a hundred thirty lbs and you elect to lose 21 lbs? i'm incredibly puzzled. additionally, in basic terms seven-hundred energy an afternoon is awfully restritive. beneficial you will lose the 21 lbs despite if it is going to likely be muscle mass and fat. despite if i'm assuming you have not have been given any muscle tissues on you what so ever. With that severe for a calorie restrict you lose the load in approximately 4-5 weeks. you will essentailly be ravenous your self.

When you feed your body less than 1200 calories a day for a sustained period of just a few days, your body thinks you are starving and therefore it begins to automatically horde every ounce of FAT that it can. Your body sends a signal to slow your metabolism and conserve all energy possible.

So your plan, while possible, is highly improbable and may seriously backfire on you!
