Any kind of exercise is going to help you lose your tummy fat. Switch it up some though, run one day, do a work out video the next day and so on. Keep your body guessing and it will not plateau so easily.
Diet is going to help you immensely also. You can't get rid of all of the tummy fat without diet. Count your calories -- 2000 calories & 60 grams of fat per day is a women's normal diet. 2500 calories & 80 grams of fat per day is a man's normal diet.

Good Luck!

hi, there are some things u need to do to reduce it:
1. do abdominal exercises-like
Lie flat on the floor with your lower back pressed to the ground. Put your hands beside your head. Bring your knees up to about a 45-degree angle and slowly go through a bicycle pedal motion. Touch your left elbow to your right knee, then your right elbow to your left knee. Breath evenly throughout the exercise.

2. other exercises like walking, running, cycling, dancing or swimming to reduce general overall body weight.this will flatten ur tummy also.

3. create a diet that burns slightly more calories than consumed. Begin by reducing your portion sizes and maintaining a balanced diet of carbs, protein and fat.Eating several small meals helpsthroughout the day. Other tips for avoiding fat gain include: getting calcium, eating breakfast and eating high fiber foods like vegetables, fruits. avoid oily, fatty food, sweets and to much carbohydrate rich food like rice, potatoes. Make sure you stay well hydrated by drinking water throughout the day.
good luck with it. pay attention to both exercise n diet n u'll do it.

You loose weight all over not just "spot" reduction. Eat less, excercise more, do sit ups and pushups. Drink water. Run 5 hours a day.
